All defective or damaged products will require proof of purchase and images/videos of the defective or damaged product(s). Koozzo is not liable for any installation or removal fees. If you believe your package was damaged in transit, we will work with you quickly to resolve the issue.
Koozzo allows returns within 30 days of product delivery for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the product(s). The product(s) must be in original packaging and in new and uninstalled condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Koozzo error. The buyer may ship back the product(s) using the carrier of their choice. We regret that we are unable to remit your return shipping charges.
Koozzo may charge a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price paid unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a Koozzo error, which would be applied through a total reduced refund.
To cancel an order, please contact our Koozzo Service Team or select “Cancel Your Order” on the respective platform you purchased your order from as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive the product(s) back at our warehouse. Please allow a period of 14 days for us to process the refund.
All refunds will receive an email confirmation for your records. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
